On April 28th-30th 2023, Nairobi played host to the prestigious Ibrahim Governance Weekend, an event celebrating leadership excellence, spearheaded by the Mo Ibrahim Foundation. Our company was entrusted with the comprehensive planning, management, and logistical support for this significant gathering.

This hybrid, multilingual event spanned three days and attracted 1000 physical delegates from across the globe. Notable dignitaries, including H.E. President William Ruto, Graca Machel, the Archbishop of Canterbury, and Ellen Johnson Sirleaf, graced the evening opening ceremony with their presence.

The main summit featured presentations and fireside chats, complemented by side events organized by various entities at different hotel venues across Nairobi. Our services covered a spectrum of tasks, from logistics coordination to vendor contracts, ensuring smooth airport transfers, venue management, budget oversight, and guest registration.
