On the 14th of September 2024, the CIFOR-ICRAF Campus, located in Gigiri Nairobi, came to life as the 2024 edition of the GLF Africa Hybrid Conference kicked off.

For the second year running, this conference brought together thought leaders, environmentalists, and policymakers to innovate, collaborate and celebrate sustainability.

With a total of 552 attendees participating both in-person and virtually, the hybrid event highlighted the growing importance of sustainable practices in shaping Africa’s future.

The GLF Africa 2024 Conference was an experience to behold. The dynamic plenary sessions fueled meaningful discussions on climate change, biodiversity, and community resilience, while interactive workshops and partner exhibitions created a space for collaboration and shared learning. Comprehensive Event Services for a Seamless Experience

The theme of sustainable development was embedded into the event's DNA, guiding decisions on everything from digital registrations to green event branding and decor.

Every detail of the GLF Africa 2024 Conference echoed our commitment to sustainability. Recycled materials were used to build stages and seating and the green stage design not only created an eco-friendly atmosphere but also underscored the message of environmental responsibility.
