We were honored to manage the Hearth Summit 2024 in Nairobi, hosted by the Wellbeing Project and Axum. This anti-conference brought together 300 change-makers to discuss and explore societal well-being, focusing on how wellness influences the political, economic, judicial, and social spheres of our lives.

 

The event featured keynotes from Chief Justice Martha Koome and Nyeri Archbishop Anthony Muheria, alongside dynamic panel discussions and artistic performances. Attendees engaged in discussions examining well-being through a systems change lens, fostering critical reflections and meaningful connections among participants.

The Hearth Summit 2024 was themed around four key pillars: political, economic, judicial, and social well-being. Our client meticulously curated the program to reflect these themes, incorporating immersive art experiences, open breakouts, and non-formal space setups to encourage open conversations and deeper engagement.

 

With our expertise in comprehensive event project management, one of our key tasks was to translate the message of wellness into a space whose setup and aesthetics fostered open conversations.

 

We meticulously handled every detail, from venue selection and vendor coordination to event theming. Our team designed a space that embodied the event's wellness message, utilising non-formal setups that encouraged openness and interaction. On the day of the event, our on-site management ensured flawless execution, allowing participants to fully engage in the transformative experience
